- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
