Introducing Intermittent Fasting into my lifestyle was the game changer for me personally when I struggled to lose weight at age 50. Now it is a key pillar in all my weight loss programs and here is why:

The body has 2 sources of fuel, glucose and fat.

Intermittent fasting creates the hormonal signal for the body to switch fueling systems from  using glucose provided by food to fat being provided by excess body fat.
