  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1.Blend the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and water in a blender until smooth.

    2. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

    3. For popsicles, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
