A great recipe perfect for the summer weather! Cook this grilled low carb recipe as a quick healthy meal full of protein and flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 ground beef patty (4 oz.)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
- 1 slices Cheddar CheeseΒ
InstructionsΒ
**Note: Burgers and Zucchini can also be grilled**
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.) Coat baking sheet with the avocado oil
3.) Add salt and pepper to ground beef patty
4.) Form smaller patties from the beef
5.) place small patties on the greased baking sheet
6.) Bake the patties for about 10 mintues, flipping them half way through
7.) Partition the cheddar cheese into slider sized slices and place on top of burgers during the last minute of baking
8.) Remove patties from oven when cheese has melted but be careful not to burn the burger or cheese
8.) Chop or mash avocado for the top of the burger
9.) Chop up the zucchini into slices for the bun of the sliders
10.) Assemble the sliders and serve
