Ingredients: (Serves 1)
- 6 oz. of ground chicken
- 1/2 Hass avocado, sliced
- 1/2 large tomato, sliced
- 3 bibb lettuce leaves
Directions:
1.Form ground chicken into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Grill or fry in a non-stick pan (with 1 teaspoons of oil or oil spray) until it is nicely browned and no longer pink in the center.
3. Top with sliced avocado and tomato then wrap in lettuce leaves.
