Fresh Kale Chips, One of My Favourite Intermittent Fasting Snacks

1 bunch of kale, washed and chopped with thick stems removed

No Calorie Cooking Spray

1/2 tsp. each sea salt and pepper

Other spices per your preference (spicy or not, I like a little kick)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2. Toss kale in a bowl with seasonings.Β 

3. Spray cooking spray on pan and spread into a single layer on a baking sheet (you may need more than one) and bake for 10 minutes.

4.Rotate the pan in the oven and bake an additional 12-15 minutes until kale is crispy.
